valuejet1304 Mutoh ValueJet 1304 eco solvent printer, offering a media width of 1371.5 mm (54") and a print width of 1355.5 mm (53.36"), is specifically targeted at starting-out as well as established sign businesses.

Utilizing Mutoh's third-generation Eco-Solvent Ultra inks, the ValueJet 1304 is suited for indoor and outdoor applications. The CMYK printer can handle 2" & 3" roll and cutsheet media and incorporates three individually controllable heating elements.

ValueJet 1304 brings you a lot of user-friendly features, as well as innovative inkjet printing technology. Incorporating Mutoh's i² Intelligent Interweaving technology, the ValueJet 1304 will offer typical production speeds up to 14 m²/h on banner and soft signage textiles and up to 7 m²/h on uncoated vinyl.

The standard VJ-1304 printer comes with a stand with integrated roll holders and a 220 ml ink starter set. An optional automatic roll take-up system enables motorised roll-up of finished prints up to 30 kg. The roll take-up system has the same looks and functionality as the optional T-Winder 30 that is already offered for the ValueJet 1604 printer.

The ValueJet 1304 will produce posters, banners, long-term backlit signage, building and construction announcements, POS displays as well as signs and stickers.

ValueJet 1614

Mutoh’s ValueJet 1614 eco solvent printer, with a top speed of 18.2 m²/h, has been specifically developed for sign & display market. Incorporating Mutoh's i² Intelligent Interweaving technology, the ValueJet 1614 will offer typical production speeds (720 x 720 dpi, 4 pass) up to 15 m²/h on banner and up to 8.6 m²/h on vinyl.

Offering a media width of 1625 mm and a printing width of 1615 mm, the ValueJet 1614 produces full-colour posters, banners, backlit panels, POS displays, notices, signs and stickers.

The ValueJet 1614 incorporates a new generation piezo drop-on-demand variable drop "wide-model" print head. The 1440 nozzle head incorporates four colour sections (two nozzle rows of 180 nozzles/colour).

Easy to set up and utilise even by inexperienced operators, the ValueJet 1614 Eco-Solvent Ultra ink printer offers increased ink capacity (440 ml) giving lower production costs / m². The new vertical ink cassette slot system also enhances printer ergonomics.

Standard equipped with a non-motorised unwinding system for media rolls (2"/3" core) up to a weight of 30 kg, the ValueJet 1614 printer can be set up with two optional motorised unwinding / winding systems. As a result, the ValueJet 1614 printer can perfectly address the volume & application needs of the user.

Optional unwinder / winder systems are the T winder 30 take up unit, equipped with a tension bar system, for media rolls up to 30 kg and the unwinder / winder 100 system with tensioning mechanism for motorised unwinding and winding of media rolls up to 100 kg.
